2019 Toyota 4Runner Oil Type and Capacity

Toyota recommends that for all oil changes in the 2019 Toyota 4Runner, genuine Toyota motor oil is used.

If Toyota engine oil is not available, an oil that meets the ILSAC-GF-5 multigrade oil specifications can be used.

Additionally, Toyota states that if SAE 0W-20 is not available, 5W-20 can be used in its place, but should only be used one change in a row.
